Agreeing on a date is easy; proving that it happened has not been. At TonMeet, the QR code solves that.
Every scheduled meeting has its own code. When the two of you meet, open the meeting in the app and scan the other person's code — the confirmation is credited to both of you on the spot. Scanning works in the browser and in the Telegram and MAX mini apps alike.
The number of confirmed meetings is shown on the profile, next to the photos. It is the most honest signal in the feed: it shows who actually turns up for a date instead of collecting conversations. An empty counter says nothing bad — everyone starts at zero — but a growing one noticeably improves replies.
The number cannot be gamed: a meeting only counts when both participants scan each other's codes, and only for a pair that has a match and a scheduled meeting.
