Terms of Service

Effective date: 1 January 2026.

1. Parties

These Terms are an agreement between you (hereinafter — the User) and the TonMeet service (hereinafter — the Service). By signing up for and/or using any channel of the Service (Telegram Mini App, MAX Mini App, website), the User confirms their agreement with all of its provisions.

2. Age requirement

Only people aged 18 and over may use the Service. If an underage user is discovered, the account is deleted without warning.

3. User rights

  • create a profile and post material that does not violate the law or section 4 of these Terms;
  • search for candidates using filters by gender, age and location;
  • sign in through Telegram, MAX or e-mail and merge those channels into a single profile;
  • delete their account and all associated data at any time.

4. User obligations

  • use the Service in good faith and personally;
  • not post 18+ content, links to third-party resources or contact details in public profile fields, nor material containing threats, abuse, incitement of hatred, or ads for prohibited goods;
  • not impersonate another person or use someone else's photos;
  • not use the Service for fraud, spam or mass messaging;
  • not take actions aimed at disrupting the Service, circumventing its limits, or scraping data without permission.

5. Meetups and their confirmation

Users arrange meetups themselves and are responsible for the decision to meet. QR confirmation records only that the meetup took place and is not a guarantee by the Service about the other person.

6. Paid features

Some features (paid meetup confirmations via TON or Telegram Stars, premium subscription) are available only in the Telegram Mini App. The terms of payment, refunds and transaction confirmation are stated directly in the interface of the relevant section. The Service is neither a lender nor a payment agent — transactions go through @wallet, Telegram Payments and/or Wallet Pay.

7. Moderation and bans

The Service reserves the right to:

  • hide material that violates these Terms;
  • apply a temporary, permanent or shadow ban in the case of confirmed reports or automatic heuristics (mass messaging, more than 5 reports in a day, repeated identical messages);
  • delete accounts without explanation in the case of serious violations of Russian law.

The User may submit an appeal through the "Appeal" interface or the contact form.

8. Intellectual property

The User retains copyright over the material they upload, but grants the Service a non-exclusive licence to store it and show it to other users as part of how the platform works.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". The Service does not guarantee that messaging will lead to a real-life connection and is not responsible for the actions of other users. The Service is not liable for temporary unavailability caused by maintenance or force majeure.

10. Changes to these Terms

The Service may change the terms of this agreement. The current version is always available at tonmeet.com/terms. By continuing to use the Service after a new version is published, the User accepts it.

11. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. All disputes are subject to resolution in the manner provided by applicable law.
